Design of Variable Pitch Control Method for Floating Wind Turbine

Because of the randomness wind speed and nonlinearity dynamic equation variable pitch control, it is difficult to establish an accurate floating fan. In view this situation, paper takes 5 MW turbine NREL (National Renewable Energy Laboratory) as research object, establishes under basic control FAST, uses L-M (nonlinear least square method) identify parameters system obtains model fan stability control. Compared with output FAST in same case, accuracy verified; base adopts PI but effect relatively poor. This proposes a disturbance-adaptive method based on fractional PID feedback; results show that compared more suitable for turbine. The generating power stable, overshoot smaller fluctuation smaller.
